Pending prequalification for each respective position, all Mindreach employees are also trained in the area of logical and critical thinking. Every project is also assigned to a dedicated project manager, who will manage all aspects of your project. Management Team

Our Managerial staff includes experienced executives with years of experience in various industries which include internet advertising, E-commerce retail distributions, and website application development, just to name a few. Mindreach sees things through the same perspective as our clients. We fully understand what our client’s challenges are and we fully meet that challenge through our knowledge and expertise in the industry.

Operations Team

Our Operations department consist of staff members that meet certain educational and skilled prerequisites before hire. Each of our staff members are then required to undergo a series test which analyzes their ability to logically and critically think and their ability to proficiently communicate in English. Once hired, all our employees are then trained in western office standards and culture.

Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
